In order to minimize the risks of coronavirus COVID-19 spreading and to protect our employees, Jac Food Hub has implemented a screening procedure for all visitors who are coming to our facilities and/or offices. Under this procedure, a form must be completed each time a person who is not employed by Jac Food Hub must enter one of our sites. This form will be available at the reception of our various sites and is to be completed upon arriving on our premises.
